This specific gathering was marked by the participation of distinguished figures, including wildlife photographer and conservationist Latika Nath; Roshini Jaiswal, Founder and CEO of Swanrose Inc; Mandira Wirk, Creative Director of Mandira Wirk; Vartika Malhotra, CEO of TMT Law Practice; and Puja Malhotra, Vice President – Sourcing at Gap Inc. Aabha Bakaya, Founder of Ladies Who Lead, underscored the organizational mandate, stating that the platform remains committed to curating meaningful, high-trust spaces where women can engage in honest dialogue and learn from collective journeys. Expanding the scope of these interactions, LWL organized a special International Women’s Day edition of Conversations Over Cocktails in Delhi. This session featured Anjali Anand, actress in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and Co-Creator of Beyond The Curve, and was moderated by Supriya Dravid, former Editor-in-Chief of Elle India and AJIO Luxe. The dialogue provided a granular examination of Anand’s creative trajectory and her evolution as both an artist and entrepreneur, offering members a platform to share ideas in an informal yet professional setting.
Through these curated experiences, Ladies Who Lead continues to advance its mission of enabling women professionals to build powerful networks and navigate the future of leadership in India. Founded in 2021 by veteran business journalist Aabha Bakaya and business leader Aditya Ghosh, LWL now encompasses a community of over 1,500 women leaders across 50-plus industries, utilizing mentorship and a robust digital platform to ensure more women occupy leadership roles and drive systemic impact.
