CRC Group Appoints Global Leader CBRE for Facility Management at Iconic

CRC Group partners with global firm CBRE for integrated facility management at CRC The Flagship in Sector 140A, Noida Expressway. The 2.4 million sq. ft. Grade A+ IT/ITES campus features IGBC Platinum pre-certification and world-class infrastructure. Expected to be delivered in Q3 2026, this development sets a new benchmark for professional workplace experiences in the NCR region.

 

In a strategic move signaling the final stages of its landmark commercial project, CRC Group has officially engaged the globally renowned CBRE to manage integrated facility operations at CRC The Flagship. Located in Sector 140A along the high-growth Noida Expressway, this large, office-led mixed-use development is rapidly approaching completion, with delivery expected in the third quarter of this year to address urgent enterprise demand.

Spanning approximately 2.4 million sq. ft., CRC The Flagship is conceived as a campus-style, next-generation IT/ITES project anchored by Grade A+ office spaces and supported by curated retail, food and beverage offerings, and premium hospitality infrastructure. The development has been master-planned by Benoy, UK, with architectural expertise from RSP and Vastunidhi Architects. Specialist consultants have further bolstered the project across disciplines including structure, MEP services, façade and lighting, traffic and parking, green building compliance, and security and risk management. This comprehensive planning framework emphasizes efficient office layouts, clear circulation, walkability, and long-term operational resilience.

Under this significant mandate, CBRE will supervise end-to-end facility management services, encompassing operations and maintenance, sustainability management, technology-enabled building systems, and predictive maintenance frameworks. The scope of CBRE’s oversight spans office towers, shared amenities, retail areas, hospitality components, and public spaces, focusing on consistent service delivery, asset performance, and occupier experience across the entire campus.

The office infrastructure at CRC The Flagship is engineered for high-intensity corporate use. Each tower is equipped with 10 high-speed elevators supported by destination-controlled vertical transportation systems to manage peak-hour movement. Furthermore, the campus incorporates dedicated special driveways, segregated vehicular circulation for offices, retail, and services, and premium multi-height lobbies to reinforce an institutional arrival experience.

Sustainability remains a core pillar of the development, which is IGBC Platinum pre-certified. The project integrates climate-responsive architecture, high-performance façade glazing, centralized air conditioning with air quality monitoring, EV-ready parking infrastructure, and a Building Management System (BMS) to optimize energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality. Additionally, CRC Group has undertaken developer-led enhancement of the adjoining green belt to improve the local micro-climate and environmental quality.
