The incident took place in the Dalmau Kotwali jurisdiction of Raebareli district in Uttar Pradesh, where the attackers allegedly stormed into the shop in broad daylight. According to available information, the men, described by locals as influential and aggressive, began physically assaulting individuals inside the premises, creating panic in the area.
