SKA Group launches SKA Imperia, a 30-floor iconic residential tower in Wave City, Ghaziabad on NH-24. Spread across 5,874.31 sq. mtr., the project offers 224 premium 3 BHK homes with luxury terrace amenities, green building features, and strong connectivity across NCR, targeting modern urban homebuyers.

SKA Group has officially launched its new flagship residential development, SKA Imperia, an iconic high-rise tower located in Wave City along the NH-24 Expressway in Ghaziabad. Positioned as a premium urban living destination, the project spans 5,874.31 square meters and introduces a 30-floor residential tower comprising 224 premium residential units designed for modern homebuyers across Ghaziabad and the wider National Capital Region seeking an upgraded and well-connected lifestyle.

SKA Imperia has been conceptualized as a contemporary high-rise development that merges elevated living with experience-led residential design. The project features a standalone iconic tower equipped with six lifts and a grand double-height entrance lobby enhanced with water-inspired architectural elements, delivering a distinctive arrival experience. The residences are designed as two-side open homes to ensure improved openness, natural ventilation, and expansive panoramic skyline views.

The development offers exclusively designed 3 BHK apartments in three spacious configurations measuring 139.73 square meters (1,504 square feet), 155.63 square meters (1,675 square feet), and 179.86 square meters (1,936 square feet), catering to evolving lifestyle aspirations of urban families.

At the heart of SKA Imperia is a terrace-level lifestyle zone offering a curated range of premium amenities, including an infinity-edge swimming pool, floating seating lounges, steam and sauna facilities, jacuzzi, yoga spaces, and a viewing deck positioned nearly 300 feet above ground level. The project also incorporates IGBC-compliant green building features, including solar power systems, water treatment plant infrastructure, and sewage treatment systems, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable and future-ready development.

Commenting on the launch, Sanjay Sharma, Director of SKA Group, said: “With SKA Imperia, our idea was to create a development that feels aspirational yet practical for today’s urban families. A large section of new-age homebuyers and families today prefers high-rise living that offers openness, better views, and spaces where families can genuinely enjoy their everyday lifestyle, especially through thoughtfully designed terrace experiences and community amenities. Buyers today are increasingly drawn towards homes that go beyond conventional living by offering lifestyle-driven spaces where they can relax, stay active, socialize, and enjoy a more elevated urban experience within the development itself. NH-24 has emerged as one of the most promising residential corridors in NCR, and Wave City is steadily evolving into a preferred destination for end-users. Through this project, we wanted to introduce something distinctive with the iconic tower concept and elevated rooftop amenities that truly enhance everyday living.”

The project is expected to benefit significantly from rising residential demand along the NH-24 growth corridor, supported by ongoing infrastructure upgrades and improved urban connectivity. Scheduled for completion by 2031, SKA Imperia is planned as an exclusive residential offering.
