Sanjay Seth said that India is touching new heights of self-reliance in the defence sector and credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh for this achievement. He underscored the rapid progress made in strengthening indigenous defence capabilities and highlighted the role of national leadership in advancing the country’s security framework.
Meanwhile, Union Minister Annapurna Devi described Operation Sindoor as a symbol of a strong New India and its tough policy against terrorism. She stated that during the 22-minute operation, nine terrorist hideouts were destroyed and the enemy suffered heavy losses through the use of advanced technology.
Both leaders termed Operation Sindoor an example of the capability of the Indian Army and the country’s strong security policy. Their remarks came as the nation marked one year of the operation, which continues to be projected as a significant demonstration of military precision, technological advancement, and India’s evolving defence strategy.
