The Bengaluru-headquartered diagnostics company has so far fulfilled more than 3 million orders, strengthening its position as one of India’s fastest diagnostic service providers and among the most rapidly expanding consumer healthcare brands in the country.
The company has expanded its operations across major metropolitan regions, including Mumbai, Delhi National Capital Region, and Hyderabad, thereby building a multi-city healthcare delivery network.
Alongside rapid expansion, Orange Health Labs has achieved significant profitability milestones. The company reported 20 percent EBITDA profitability in Bengaluru and confirmed operational profitability across all operational cities, reflecting strong unit economics and a scalable business model.
A key operational strength has been its focus on service reliability and speed, with the company maintaining over 99 percent on-time sample collection performance. This has reinforced its positioning as a high-trust diagnostic brand in a traditionally fragmented sector.
In terms of physical infrastructure, Orange Health Labs has significantly expanded its omnichannel presence. The company increased its company-owned sample collection centres from 15 to more than 75 within a year, including nearly 50 centres in Bengaluru alone, integrating its at-home diagnostic services with physical access points.
The company has also strengthened its healthcare ecosystem through the onboarding of more than 2,000 clinics onto its proprietary platform, enabling faster diagnostic turnaround and improved clinical decision-making support for healthcare professionals.
Consumer trust in the brand has also grown substantially, with Orange Health Labs receiving more than 50,000 five-star reviews on Google, positioning it among the top-rated diagnostic service providers in India.
On the technology front, the company introduced NeO Reports, a digital health reporting system designed to allow users to view, filter, tag, and securely share health parameters with family members and healthcare providers. In addition, it launched Orange One, an annual diagnostics subscription plan aimed at shifting the industry from transactional testing to preventive and continuous health monitoring.
Commenting on the company’s performance, co-founder Dhruv Gupta stated that the current financial year represents a defining inflection point for the organisation, highlighting strong growth across cities and profitability in its home market as validation of its operating model. Co-founder Tarun Bhambra emphasized the company’s focus on real-time, consumer-centric diagnostics, noting that operational benchmarks such as rapid sample collection and accelerated report delivery form only the foundation of its broader healthcare transformation strategy.
Orange Health Labs is backed by prominent global investors, including Y Combinator, Accel, General Catalyst, Bertelsmann India Investments, and Amazon Sambhav Venture Fund, and has raised a total funding of $50 million to date.
The company’s performance in FY26 reflects a significant shift in India’s diagnostics landscape, driven by speed, digital integration, and consumer-first healthcare delivery models, positioning Orange Health Labs as a key player in the evolving preventive healthcare ecosystem.
