According to WESH, a United States media outlet reporting on the viral incident, the event allegedly took place in a parking lot in Lake Nona. A man identified as Ramon Ferrer was reportedly inside his vehicle when the pickup truck drove directly over it.
Ferrer stated that he was searching for a parking space outside a gym on Narcoossee Road when he noticed the pickup truck approaching from around a corner. He further explained that the vehicle appeared to be moving at high speed, prompting him to stop and reverse his car. However, he alleged that the driver failed to notice his vehicle and drove straight over it.
Videos of the aftermath soon emerged online, showing the pickup truck positioned on top of the heavily damaged Lamborghini. The visuals further fueled public shock and discussion across social media platforms.
Ferrer recounted that he had only seconds to react before the truck’s tire was directly in front of him. He added that he quickly jumped out of the vehicle after realizing the wheel was still spinning, fearing that the truck might continue moving forward.
Despite the severity of the incident, Ferrer escaped without any injuries. He stated that the situation could have turned far more catastrophic, but claimed that the truck’s axle became stuck on a pillar near the windshield, preventing the vehicle from fully running over the car.
