Arbaaz Khan Sells Luxury Andheri West Apartment for ₹6.5 Crore Amid Continued Real Estate Activity
Actor and producer Arbaaz Khan has sold his 1,369 sq ft luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Andheri West for ₹6.5 crore, according to property registration documents. The deal follows his recent Jogeshwari property purchase and comes amid rising real estate activity linked to the Khan family, including redevelopment projects in Bandra.
The apartment is located in Tower B of the Runwal Elegante residential project near Infiniti Mall in Andheri West, Mumbai. The property has a carpet area of 1,369 square feet and includes two car parking spaces. Registration documents show that the buyers paid stamp duty amounting to ₹39 lakh for the transaction.
Andheri West continues to remain one of Mumbai’s most active and sought-after residential micro-markets, attracting professionals, entrepreneurs, and members of the entertainment industry due to its strategic location and premium housing projects. The Runwal Elegante development is known for its high-rise residential apartments situated in the bustling Lokhandwala Complex area.
The latest transaction comes shortly after Arbaaz Khan purchased another residential property in Mumbai earlier this year. According to property registration documents accessed by Zapkey, Khan acquired a 1,243 square foot apartment in Jogeshwari West for ₹2.78 crore. The apartment is situated on the 27th floor of the Autograph Residency building on Link Road in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai.
That purchase was registered on February 17, 2026. Official records show that stamp duty exceeding ₹16 lakh and a registration fee of ₹30,000 were paid during the transaction process.
Real estate activity linked to the Khan family has continued beyond residential purchases and sales. In January 2026, film producer Atul Agnihotri, who is Arbaaz Khan’s brother-in-law, entered Mumbai’s redevelopment sector through his firm Shivansai Homemaker Infra LLP. The company is set to redevelop the nearly 60-year-old Palimala Co-operative Housing Society Limited building in Bandra, Mumbai.
The redevelopment project involves 11 society members who collectively own flats measuring 8,565 square feet of MOFA carpet area. Following redevelopment, the members are expected to receive more than 12,400 square feet of RERA carpet area, significantly increasing the residential capacity and value of the property.
The series of property transactions involving members of the Khan family highlights the continued momentum in Mumbai’s premium real estate and redevelopment sectors, particularly in high-demand locations such as Andheri, Jogeshwari, and Bandra, where luxury housing and redevelopment opportunities continue to attract major investment activity.
