Barsar observed World Red Cross Day on Friday as the Sub-Divisional Unit of the Red Cross Society organised a humanitarian outreach at the local civil hospital. SDM Swati Dogra and other officials distributed juice and fruits to patients and visitors, reinforcing the spirit of compassion, voluntary service and community welfare promoted by the Red Cross movement.
