Marking the first anniversary of Operation Sindoor, Om Birla extended his greetings and respect to the officers and soldiers of the armed forces who remain dedicated every moment to the defence of the nation. He stated that Operation Sindoor was India’s bold and proactive retaliation against terrorism and reflected the country’s firm stand against every form of terror while standing strongly in support of humanity.
He said the operation demonstrated to the world that India is resolutely committed to confronting terrorism in all its forms. According to Om Birla, the military operation not only showcased India’s strength and strategic capability but also highlighted the growing role of indigenous technology and self-reliance in the defence sector.
The Lok Sabha Speaker further emphasized that Operation Sindoor became a defining example of India’s military resolve and operational preparedness. He noted that the operation reflected the courage, discipline, and determination of the armed forces while reinforcing the nation’s confidence in its defence capabilities and indigenous systems.
