Supreme Court Refuses to Stay Rajasthan SI Recruitment Examination 2025, Allows Candidates to Appear
The Supreme Court has refused to stay the Rajasthan SI Recruitment Examination 2025, allowing the exam scheduled for April 5–6 to proceed. The bench permitted similarly placed candidates to appear, rejecting pleas for postponement and upholding the recruitment process.
A bench comprising Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice Satish Kumar Sharma issued the order, rejecting the plea seeking a halt to the examination. The matter was argued in detail before the Court, with Additional Advocate General Shiv Mangal Sharma representing the Rajasthan government.
The petition had sought the postponement of the examination scheduled to be conducted on April 5 and 6. Representing the petitioners, Advocate PB Suresh and Advocate Harendra Neel pressed for interim relief, urging the Court to defer the examination. However, the bench declined the request and allowed the process to proceed as planned.
The ruling ensures that the Rajasthan SI Recruitment Examination 2025 w
ill be conducted on the scheduled dates without disruption, reinforcing the administrative continuity of the recruitment process while granting eligible candidates the opportunity to appear.
