AHMP India Foundation Announces National Core Committee 2026–2028, Appoints Mohammed Ilias as Chairman
AHMP India Foundation has appointed Mohammed Ilias as Chairman of its National Core Committee for 2026–2028. The move strengthens ethical healthcare marketing leadership in India. The committee includes national experts across clinical, academic, and marketing domains, aiming to advance professional standards and industry collaboration.
Mohammed Ilias, Founder and Director of BCC Healthcare and a Chief Brand Strategist, brings more than 17 years of experience in healthcare branding and strategic communication. He has worked with over 450 hospital brands across India and international markets and is widely recognised for advocating ethical and patient-centric marketing approaches within the healthcare sector.
Reacting to the announcement, Akhil Dave, Founder and Chairman of the AHMP India Foundation, stated that the organisation was established to promote professionalism, ethical practices, and meaningful collaboration in healthcare marketing while strengthening India’s healthcare marketing ecosystem. He added that the appointment of Mohammed Ilias as Chairman of the National Core Committee will further accelerate the Foundation’s mission of building a scalable and ethical healthcare marketing community. The newly formed National Core Committee for the 2026–2028 term includes Kapil Pandya as Convener, serving as Group Head of Healthcare Communication, Branding and Strategy at Krish Heart Care. The National Leads include Dr. Sumit Kapadia as National Lead for Clinician Partnerships, Rajarajan S as National Lead for Healthcare Marcom Organisations, Raju Parekh as National Lead for Healthcare Allied Services, D S Chakravarthi as National Lead for Healthcare Organisations, Ekta Modi as National Lead for Academic Partnerships, Mahender Pala as National Lead for Healthcare Consulting Partnerships, and Chitra Baskar as National Lead for Emerging Marketeers.
