According to the police, the arrests were made following specific inputs that members of the organization were moving through residential areas and handing out swords to individuals. Acting on the information, law enforcement officials detained ten men identified as Kapil Kumar, Shyam Prasad, Arun Jain, Rampal, Amit Singh, Amit Kumar, Amit Arora, Mohit Singh, Devendra Baghel, and Ujala Singh.
During the operation, police recovered eight swords from the possession of the accused. Preliminary investigation has indicated that the weapons were arranged by Hindu Raksha Dal president Pinky Chaudhary, a detail that has widened the scope of the probe.
