Amravati Shocked as "Playboy" Serial Predator Arrested for Exploiting 180 Minors
Amravati police arrest Mohammad Ayaz for sexually exploiting 180 minor girls and recording 350 obscene videos. The predator used a "playboy" persona and social media to blackmail victims into prostitution. The scandal involves the suspension of police officers seen celebrating with the accused, the arrest of accomplice Uzer Khan, and the demolition of Ayaz's illegal family property.
The scale of the depravity involves allegations that Ayaz transported some of the girls to Mumbai and Pune to record compromising footage, which was subsequently used for extortion and shared online. Ayaz admitted to investigators that he posted selfies with the girls to bolster his online persona and utilized a friend’s residence for his activities, paying a fee of Rs 500 for each visit. In response to these admissions, the Amravati Rural Police have conducted extensive inspections at multiple locations, including a flat at Kathora Naka, various cafes, and a garden near Vazhar Dam to gather further evidence of the illicit activities.
The criminal network unraveled following a volatile dispute between Ayaz and his childhood friend, Uzer Khan, who had previously recorded videos for the predator. After Ayaz allegedly threatened him, Khan took advantage of a moment when Ayaz left his phone unattended at a stall to access the device and leak the incriminating videos and photographs online. The viral circulation of this material prompted immediate law enforcement action, leading to the arrest of both Mohammad Ayaz and Uzer Khan on Tuesday. In a swift administrative crackdown the following day, authorities demolished illegal portions of Ayaz’s family residence in Paratwada.
The scandal has further tainted the local law enforcement apparatus, resulting in the suspension of one police official and two constables. This disciplinary action followed the emergence of footage showing the officers celebrating Ayaz’s birthday, where the accused was seen cutting a cake on a public road in the presence of the personnel. With revelations that several police members maintained contact with the predator, the case has highlighted a deeply disturbing nexus between criminal elements and those tasked with public safety. This investigation remains a landmark confrontation against digital-age exploitation and the betrayal of institutional trust in Amravati.
