Technical specifications revealed by Mr. Tapan Ghosh and Mr. Nguyen Duc Hieu, Deputy Director Vehicle Program at VinFast, highlight a 60.13 kWh lithium-ion battery delivering an ARAI-certified range of 517 kilometres. The front-wheel-drive powertrain produces 150 kW and 280 Nm of torque, enabling acceleration from 0-100 km/h in under 9 seconds with a top speed of 140 km/h. Fast charging capabilities allow the battery to replenish from 10 to 70 per cent in just 30 minutes via DC charging of up to 80 kW.
The exterior of the VF MPV 7 showcases a bold upright front fascia with a signature V light, dual-function DRLs with LED turn indicators, and 48.26 cm (19”) black alloy wheels. The silhouette is defined by clean lines, sporty cladding, a chrome window beltline, and an integrated rear spoiler. Inside, the minimalist upmarket interior offers a choice between a sporty all-black theme or a premium dual-tone black and brown theme. Features include a free-standing 25.65 cm (10.1”) infotainment screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a ViVi virtual assistant, and a modern integrated gear stalk on the steering column. Locally assembled at VinFast’s factory in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, the VF MPV 7 joins the VF 6 and VF 7 in a lineup produced in India, for India. To support this growth, VinFast aims to expand its retail presence from its current 50 facilities to 75 showrooms by the end of 2026. The service network is set to reach more than 230 Extended Service Workshops nationwide within the same timeframe.
