Ladies Who Lead Solidifies Pan-India Women’s Ecosystem with High-Impact International Women’s Day 2026 Initiative

Ladies Who Lead concludes its high-impact International Women’s Day 2026 multi-city initiative across Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. Featuring leaders like Aabha Bakaya, Bhakti Modi, and Anjali Anand, the forum fostered mentorship and professional collaboration, reinforcing a robust pan-India ecosystem for women entrepreneurs and founders to drive tangible growth and leadership visibility.

Marking the culmination of International Women’s Day 2026, the premium members-only leadership and networking platform Ladies Who Lead (LWL) concluded a strategic multi-city initiative spanning Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore. The series of curated engagements served as a high-impact forum for women leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals, focusing on dialogue, mentorship, and community-building. Through intimate gatherings and leadership conversations, the initiative united a diverse community of founders and industry experts to enable meaningful collaboration and peer-led growth. Founded in 2021 by veteran business journalist Aabha Bakaya and business leader Aditya Ghosh, LWL has grown to include over 1,500 women leaders across more than 50 industries, all driven by the vision of increasing female representation in leadership roles and creating an ecosystem where women lead boldly and inspire change.

Conceptualized as more than a moment-led celebration, this multi-city initiative reflects LWL’s ongoing commitment to building sustained visibility and access for women in leadership. Each city chapter was meticulously designed to foster authentic conversations, allowing participants to exchange ideas, share experiences, and build lasting professional relationships. Across the major hubs of Delhi, Mumbai, and Bangalore, the initiative mobilized a strong cohort of women leaders and entrepreneurs. Key voices joined the momentum, including Anjali Anand, Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani Actress and Co-Creator of Beyond The Curve; Supriya Dravid, former Editor-in-Chief of Elle India and AJIO Luxe; Pallavi Mohadikar and Dr. Amol Patwari, Co-founders of Palmonas; Bhakti Modi, Co-founder and CEO of Tira; and Kulsum Shadab Wahab, Founder of Ara Lumiere and Ara Prêt in Bangalore. These participants reflected the immense breadth and strength of India’s evolving women-led ecosystem.

Through these initiatives, LWL continues to strengthen its role as an essential enabler for women across different stages of their professional journeys, from emerging leaders to established founders. The platform creates specific spaces where conversations translate into tangible opportunity and networks evolve into long-term support systems. Founder Aabha Bakaya emphasized that while International Women’s Day serves as an important moment of recognition, meaningful progress is built through consistent effort and sustained platforms. She stated that the focus remains on creating spaces where women are not only celebrated but also heard, supported, and connected in ways that drive tangible growth, marking this multi-city initiative as a vital step toward a more inclusive community of women professionals and entrepreneurs across India. As Ladies Who Lead expands its footprint, it remains dedicated to shaping a continuous and evolving narrative around women’s leadership that transcends calendar-led moments to build a robust ecosystem of access, opportunity, and influence.
