AAP Launches Second Phase of ‘Save the Vote, Save the Constitution’ March in Uttar Pradesh

The Aam Aadmi Party will launch the second phase of its ‘Save the Vote, Save the Constitution’ march in Uttar Pradesh from December 21–26, covering Rampur, Moradabad and Amroha. Led by Sanjay Singh, the campaign aims to raise public awareness about democratic rights and constitutional protections.

The Aam Aadmi Party has announced the second phase of its state-wide outreach campaign in Uttar Pradesh, renewing its call to protect democratic rights and constitutional values. Senior party leader Sanjay Singh said the march, titled ‘Save the Vote, Save the Constitution’, will be held from December 21 to December 26, covering three districts—Rampur, Moradabad and Amroha.

According to Singh, the upcoming phase aims to expand public engagement and raise awareness about constitutional safeguards at a time when, he said, citizens must remain vigilant about the health of democratic institutions. The march will feature a series of public interactions, awareness meetings and local programmes intended to highlight the importance of electoral rights and constitutional protections.

Speaking in Amroha, Singh urged residents across the participating districts to join the initiative, emphasising that safeguarding democratic values requires collective responsibility. He described the march as a crucial platform to educate people on their rights and to encourage wider participation in democratic processes.

As the second phase prepares to move through western Uttar Pradesh, the party hopes the initiative will deepen civic awareness and strengthen public commitment to constitutional principles—an effort AAP leaders say is essential for maintaining a vibrant and accountable democracy.
