All 15 Workers Rescued After Building Slab Collapses in Gandhinagar
All 15 workers were rescued after a building slab collapsed during casting at Bosky The Empire in Kudasan, Gandhinagar. Twelve suffered injuries, while authorities launched an inquiry into the incident.
The collapse occurred around 9:15-9:30 p.m. during slab casting at the construction site. The slab reportedly collapsed possibly after a crane hit scaffolding.
Twelve workers were taken to hospital for treatment, while three others were discharged after medical checks. None of the injured workers are in critical condition.

Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi reached the site soon after the incident and coordinated the rescue operation from atop a fire truck. Rescue teams used cutters and cranes to extract the workers trapped following the collapse.
Authorities have launched an inquiry into the cause of the collapse. The incident has also raised concerns over construction safety at the site as officials examine the circumstances surrounding the slab collapse.
The successful rescue of all 15 workers brought the immediate operation to an end, while the inquiry into the cause of the building slab collapse remains underway.
