Speaking in Bhopal, Yadav said the state administration is working in close coordination with security forces to strengthen operations aimed at neutralising Naxal influence. He noted that the government is consistently enhancing surveillance, improving on-ground readiness and supporting forces deployed in sensitive zones.
At the same time, the Chief Minister stressed that sustainable peace cannot be achieved through security interventions alone. He highlighted the state’s focus on expanding welfare initiatives, improving infrastructure and delivering essential public services in areas affected by Naxal activity. According to him, these measures are designed to address local socio-economic challenges and weaken the appeal of extremist ideology.
Yadav also urged citizens to lend their support to the government’s efforts, stating that public cooperation plays a pivotal role in maintaining law and order and strengthening the state’s resilience against extremist threats.
The Chief Minister’s remarks reflect the administration’s broader attempt to balance firm security action with inclusive development—an approach officials believe is key to restoring normalcy and safeguarding communities in regions vulnerable to Naxal violence.
