MHADA Nashik Opens Online Applications for Lottery Sale of 402 Homes Under Advance Contribution Scheme
MHADA’s Nashik Housing Board has opened online applications for the lottery sale of 402 homes under the Advance Contribution Scheme. The registration window runs until 23 December 2025, with prices ranging from ₹14.94 lakh to ₹36.75 lakh. Provisional lists will be released on 30 December, followed by final publication on 6 January 2026.
Speaking at the launch, Jaiswal noted that the Nashik Housing and Area Development Board has already offered 846 homes through three lotteries earlier this year. The newly announced lottery marks the board’s fourth housing offer of 2025, reinforcing its ongoing efforts to expand the supply of affordable homes across the region. Under the Advance Contribution Scheme, successful applicants will be allowed to pay the cost of their allotted homes in five instalments.
The current lottery covers housing projects located in Chunchale, Pathardi, Makhmalabad, Adgaon and Satpur. Of the 402 homes available, 293 are reserved for the Lower Income Group (LIG)—including 138 in Chunchale, 30 in Pathardi, 48 in Makhmalabad and 77 in Adgaon. Another 109 units are designated for the Middle Income Group (MIG), with 40 in Satpur, 35 in Pathardi and 34 in Adgaon. Prices range from ₹14,94,023 to ₹36,75,023.
Prospective buyers can apply online at the official MHADA housing portal. Registration and submission of applications will remain open until 11:59 p.m. on 23 December 2025. The same deadline applies to the online payment of earnest money deposit (EMD), while applicants opting for RTGS/NEFT can complete their EMD payment during banking hours on 24 December 2025.
MHADA will publish the provisional list of accepted applications on 30 December at 3 p.m. Applicants may file objections or claims between 6 p.m. on 30 December and 6 p.m. on 2 January 2026. After resolving all submissions, the final list will be released on 6 January 2026. Details of the lottery draw—including date, time and venue—will be announced separately on the website.
Applicants must provide an income certificate covering the period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025. Either an income tax return for the specified period or a certificate issued by the tehsildar’s office will be accepted. Comprehensive information on eligibility criteria, reservations, application procedures and terms is available in the information booklet uploaded to the portal. Officials urged applicants to review all guidelines carefully before filing their forms.
The launch event was attended by Nashik Board Chief Officer Shivkumar Awalkanthe, MHADA Chief Engineer Dheerajkumar Pandirkar and other senior officials. With this announcement, MHADA aims to further strengthen access to affordable housing in Nashik, continuing its commitment to systematic and transparent public allotment processes.
