CM Nitish Kumar Unveils Logo of Bihar Museum Biennale 2025, Inaugurates International Art Exhibitions
Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today unveiled the official logo of Bihar Museum Biennale 2025 through remote launch. The event marks the beginning of an international cultural celebration, where the CM also inaugurated several temporary exhibitions set up by various countries.
Following the inauguration, CM Kumar visited the thematic exhibitions which highlighted global heritage under themes like "Festivals and Performances," "Symbolism and Celebrations," "Initiation Ceremonies," "Excavations in Chirand," "Aesthetics and Beauty," and "Health and Wellness." Participating nations included Thailand, Indonesia, Zambia, Mexico, Korea, Sri Lanka, and others.

Patna, August 7, 2025 — Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today unveiled the official logo of Bihar Museum Biennale 2025 through remote launch. The event marks the beginning of an international cultural celebration, where the CM also inaugurated several temporary exhibitions set up by various countries.
Following the inauguration, CM Kumar visited the thematic exhibitions which highlighted global heritage under themes like "Festivals and Performances," "Symbolism and Celebrations," "Initiation Ceremonies," "Excavations in Chirand," "Aesthetics and Beauty," and "Health and Wellness." Participating nations included Thailand, Indonesia, Zambia, Mexico, Korea, Sri Lanka, and others.
In the multi-purpose auditorium of the Bihar Museum, exhibitions from countries like Indonesia and Ethiopia focused on their cultural richness, historical heritage, and natural beauty, which the Chief Minister observed with great interest.
During his visit, Anjani Kumar Singh, Director General of Bihar Museum, presented the Chief Minister with a detailed overview of the Biennale’s programs and the significance of the international displays.
On this occasion, Bihar's Minister for Art, Culture, and Youth Affairs, Motilal Prasad, welcomed the Chief Minister with a floral bouquet. The event also witnessed the presence of ambassadors from Ethiopia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Mexico, Argentina, and Peru, who held discussions with CM Kumar on potential collaborations and posed for a commemorative group photograph.
Later, CM Nitish Kumar reviewed preparations for the evening cultural program to be held at the open-air theatre within the Bihar Museum premises. Attendees warmly greeted the Chief Minister, who in turn met with artists participating in the Biennale and appreciated their contribution to the cultural exchange.
