BJP national president J.P. Nadda said in New Delhi that Vande Mataram is more than a historic hymn, calling it a mantra that inspires national reawakening, cultural unity, and a renewed sense of responsibility among citizens. He emphasised its enduring role in strengthening India’s identity and collective spirit.  

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, speaking in New Delhi, described Vande Mataram as a defining symbol of India’s national identity and inner spirit. He said the iconic song reflects the country’s cultural consciousness and deep devotion to the motherland, uniting citizens through shared pride and patriotic sentiment.
