Greater Noida Police Bust Bike Theft Ring, Arrest Three After Targeted Operation in Knowledge Park
Greater Noida’s Knowledge Park police have arrested three alleged members of a bike theft ring, seizing six stolen motorcycles, fake number plates, and an illegal knife. The suspects, all repeat offenders, were caught near Spectrum College in a swift operation that has exposed a major vehicle theft network in the region.
According to officials, the team recovered six stolen motorcycles, multiple fake number plates, and an illegal knife from the suspects’ possession. The arrested individuals have been identified as Sandeep, son of Upendra; Karim Khan alias “Gulla,” son of Salim Khan; and Prince, son of Sarvan. Police said all three men have criminal histories and are linked to several previous theft cases across the region.
Investigators believe the trio had been frequently targeting the Knowledge Park area, stealing two-wheelers and using forged registration plates to evade detection. The latest arrests are expected to significantly weaken the operations of a larger network involved in vehicle theft in Greater Noida.
Authorities stated that the breakthrough highlights both the rising vigilance of local law enforcement and the ongoing effort to dismantle organised criminal groups active in the region. With key suspects now in custody, police said further interrogations may lead to additional recoveries and arrests connected to the wider theft racket.
