UPITS 2025: Young entrepreneurs’ success brings new pride to Uttar Pradesh
Empowered by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s investment and entrepreneurship-friendly policies, the youth are brimming with confidence. Today, they are emerging as job creators rather than job seekers. UPITS 2025 serves as a testament to the Yogi government’s vision, which inspires a new generation of entrepreneurs. Their success stories are echoing far beyond the state, motivating the entire nation.
Stories of Inspiration
Yash Gupta, a 23-year-old entrepreneur, represents the new wave of innovators. His company, Indiana Engineering Pvt. Ltd., was originally established by his father to manufacture a range of electrical products. Recently converted into a private limited company, the firm is now exporting to neighbouring countries. Sharing his experience, Yash said, “This is our first time at UPITS, and the response has been overwhelming. We’ve received around 25 strong leads in just three days. The Yogi government’s initiatives are a big step forward in empowering entrepreneurs like us.”
Another young trailblazer, 28-year-old Nilesh Agarwal from Lucknow, founded Juked, a startup that grew out of his struggle to manage orders for his glass bottle business. The company now develops website tools to automate business processes and marketing efforts. “Since CM Yogi Adityanath came to power, the opportunities and subsidies for startups have been tremendous. The ecosystem here is so strong that starting a business in Uttar Pradesh is easier than anywhere else. A Guatemalan buyer has even invited us to collaborate,” Nilesh shared enthusiastically.
Vishal Sharma, 30, from Bulandshahr, runs Pulstronics India with his father, producing lithium batteries and battery management systems. Today, their products are sold across India and exported abroad. “At UPITS, we’ve received several new leads and signed an MoU worth Rs 45 lakh with a Polish buyer. The Chief Minister’s initiative is a remarkable step, giving our business global exposure,” he said.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has repeatedly emphasized that the youth are the backbone of Uttar Pradesh’s economy. The tangible impact of startup policies, subsidies, and skill development schemes is now visible everywhere. UPITS 2025 is a living testament to this transformation. With their innovation, dedication, and entrepreneurial drive, the youth of Uttar Pradesh are not just shaping their own futures but are also scripting a new chapter of pride and prosperity for the state.
