Under the initiative, there will be no embargoes, no review guidelines, no scripted communication, and no curated launch experiences. Reviewers will be encouraged to evaluate all aspects of the Nova2 Neo and Nova2 Pro, including hardware performance, software experience, camera capabilities, battery life, data transfer efficiency, reliability, and overall usability.
The devices will not be released for public sale until a seven-day feedback period has concluded, during which reviewers will be free to publish their opinions at their discretion. The company further confirmed that real-time review feedback will be displayed on the brand’s official website for public access.
Madhav Sheth added that if shortcomings exist in the products, the company prefers to address them based on reviewer feedback before consumers make purchase decisions. He stated that the Nova2 Neo and Nova2 Pro will only enter the market after the completion of this structured feedback cycle.
